Step 2: Material Collection
We work with your speakers before the event to collect and manage content to assure an organized process that can meet any last-minute challenges.
Step 3: On-Site Setup and Support
We setup before the event in the Speaker Ready room and configure and test our recording solution in each room where presentations are being recorded. Our on-site staff assists speakers with pre-loading their presentations and works with your conference staff to ensure our presentation management software is up-to-date with any changes to the final program.
Step 4: Recording and Synchronization
We synchronize the presentations as they happen, then we optimize content by clipping the beginning and end of each file.
Step 5: Production and Delivery
While your event is being recorded, our staff is completing the interface design so all we need to do is drop in recorded content after the event. We work with you to determine the most effective means to distribute content.
