These instructions are easy for designers to follow and are created to match the final media they are used in.
Design Services
Need some help designing book covers, CD/DVD inserts or product interface? Our staff of designers will use your existing logos or conference artwork to produce your publication-ready art. PDF proofs sent via e-mail make the process fast and easy for you. Talk to your Account Manager about your design needs.
Digital Archiving
Expedite future reorders of your finished books, CD/DVDs and Flash drives. Digital storage of your originals in secure locations keeps your files safe and readily accessible for immediate reprints or publication revisions. This service coupled with our on-demand printing capabilities (link to print) provides you turnarounds as short as a few days.
We also provide the convenience of updating your content on file from changes you provide, allowing you to focus on other important tasks. All projects in a digital format are archived for one year at no charge. For publications that may require reprints or revision over a longer interval, simply mention this to your Account Manager and we will store them for the time you require.
