- Artwork Logo(s): These logos or graphics will be placed on your gateway and submission pages. Minimum required size is 100w x 150h pixels at 72 dpi. TIF preferred, EPS, JPG, GIF, PSD or PNG are acceptable. Banner maximum size is 650w x 200h pixels at 72 dpi. Left logo maximum size is 135w x 250h pixels at 72 dpi.
- Author Instructions (supply as MS-Word): This file should contain author guidelines/instructions for formatting their supplied paper/abstract, file type requirements, etc.
- File Templates (optional): Supply as you want them to appear on the site. If you want file templates available for your presenters/authors, you should supply these exactly as you want.
- List of Paper IDs: Supply in MS-Excel (see Paper ID Import Template below). The two items which are vital to successful setup of your site are the email address of the author which will be uploading the file(s) as well as the import numbers or Paper IDs.
- Conference Information: This file should contain any welcome message, conference information, conference dates, and site close date.
- Email Broadcast Message: See the template for Initial email communications to authors below. This is the standard language included in the email we send from the system to all authors.
