Timing Out during Transfer

If your connection is timing out while transferring files, try multiple transfers that contain a smaller amount of files each instead of transferring all of your files at once.

For files larger than 20MB, we recommend that you "zip" or compress the files in a folder using programs like WinZip for Windows, PowerArchiver for Windows, or the 'Create archive' feature in Mac OS X.
