If you are unable to resolve the issue, you may be experiencing network or firewall problems that are preventing you from connecting to our server or from completing your transfers.
Contact your IT professional or internet service provider to make sure that:
- A firewall is not interfering with your connection
- Your network allows FTP connections
- The ftp.omnipress.com address is accessible
- Your internet/network is functioning properly
