Click the
'Start' button located on the lower left corner of your screen. Choose
'Settings', then
'Control Panel', then
'Internet Options'. In the
'Internet Properties' window that pops up, click on the
'Advanced' tab.
In the
'Browsing' section, check the
'Enable folder view for FTP sites' box if it is not checked:
Lower in the
'Browsing' section, check the
'Use Passive FTP (for firewall and DSL modem compatibility)' box if it is not checked:
Click
'OK' and then try to connect to the FTP server again.
