
Cyberduck is a lightweight, free FTP program for the Macintosh. To download the most recent version, or for Cyberduck support, please visit http://cyberduck.ch.
- If you are uploading artwork or page layout documents (such as Quark and InDesign), please compress the files first:
- In the 'Finder', select the files and folders you wish to upload to Omnipress.
- From the 'File' menu, select 'Create archive of n items', where n is the number of items selected.
- Mac OS X will create a .zip archive for you. This is the file you should upload.
- Omnipress will be unable to use Mac fonts that have not been compressed first.
- Launch Cyberduck and click on the 'Open Connection' icon in the upper left corner:

- In the sheet that drops down, enter the information found in your FTP instructions email:

Protocol: FTP (File Transfer Protocol)
Server: ftp.omnipress.com
Username: (found in your email)
Password: (found in your email)
- At the bottom of the sheet, click 'More Options' to expand the bottom of the window. The 'Connect Mode' should be set to 'Default'. If you have problems connecting, you can try selecting 'Passive'.

- Click the 'Connect' button. If you connect successfully, the top of the window will display your username@ftp.omnipress.com.

- If the bottom of the window is blank, it means you don't have any files there. You can drag files from your computer into this window to begin uploading them to the FTP server.

- You can also drag files from this window to your Mac to download them.
- When you are finished with your session, please click the 'Disconnect' icon and then close the Cyberduck software.
