Jason Kivela

Jason found his way into project management by way of production, so he is more than willing to talk XHTML, XML, XSLT or any other nerdy acronym. He got his B.A. in Communications and his Fine Arts minor from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and spent a long career in the textbook and book design field before joining Omnipress.

He spends his free time doing yard work, coaching softball, running a volleyball league and walking his pug. Although, he's really not as active as his hobby list might indicate. He has a head full of science fiction and fantasy trivia and will happily go on and on about it if you let him.

A Wisconsin native, he developed a strong work ethic helping his father and uncle grow Christmas trees, make maple syrup and raise bison… Mostly because slacking off wasn’t an option in the family.
