Patty Keller

Vice President of Sales and Service

Patty leads our Sales and Service teams with an energetic mix of business and fun.  She is very serious about finding ways to serve you, but has fun doing it!

Patty got her start in 1998 leading our Customer Service team, building our team of Project Managers and Project Technicians. She incorporates business process management practices like Six Sigma and Quick Response Management (QRM) in developing our teams.

In 2004 Patty began managing our Digital Media team, incorporating the QRM tenant of co-location of team members to improve service and efficiency. In 2010 she started leading our Sales team.

Patty sees customers as partners with common goals and understands how to help you meet your goals. She is committed to helping others succeed - both in and out of the office - because she understands she's working for the team, not the other way around.

Patty steadily pursues mastery of her craft, staying grounded with constant listening, study and practice. Her commitment to process management and understanding people has helped evolve better methods for serving you!

Patty's energy and passion for being involved extends to outside of work. She supports her husband's business and stays highly involved with her three children. That might be by attending soccer games, watching downhill ski meets or wrangling them to watch the Packers on a Sunday afternoon. Patty also helps her community by delivering Meals on Wheels.
