Plastic Jewel Cases

• Clear plastic cases that allow printed front and back inserts
• Inserts printed on recycled paper
• Allows shelf presence with title visibility
• More susceptible to damage in transit
• Requires corrugated jewel case mailer if drop shipping via mail
• Other options include:
• Slim Line Jewel Cases which are thinner and can only have a front printed insert (not shown)
• Double and Triple Jewel Cases hold additional disks

Plastic Clam Shell Cases

• Semi-clear plastic allows CD label to display through
• Durable - won't break in transit
• Does not allow for inserts (no shelf presence)
• Can mail "as is"

Adhesive Sleeves

• Semi-clear plastic allows CD label to display through
• Adheres to book or binder covers, etc. (back cover recommended)
• Can accommodate printed inserts
• No hassle! We adhere the sleeve to your printed material in-house!

Paper or Tyvek Sleeves (with window & flap)

• Least expensive packaging option available
• Window allows CD face visibility
• Lightweight for mailing/distribution
• Flap helps keep CD in place
• Tyvek material is more durable, and slightly more cost than paper sleeves (not shown)

Romvelope Sleeves (2-panel or 4 panel)

• Can be more cost effective than Jewel Cases at quantities greater than 1000
• Durable covers can be printed in 1 to 4 colors on recycled stock
• Can be mailed "as is" - Lightweight
• 2-panel sleeves have flap to keep CD in place (shown)
• 4-panel can be wafer sealed to keep case closed
• Big Idea! Mail-Friendly Romvelopes (below) are very similar to our popular 2-panel Romvelope sleeve and are designed to meet USPS mail specifications for lowest shipping rates. Includes shrinkwrapping or clear wafer to seal package.

Bind-in Sleeves

• 2-Panel Romvelope Sleeves (shown) - Bind into perfect bound books only and include a double perforation for tearing out of book and removal of tab
• Recycled stocks available
• Vinyl Sleeves - Bind into wire coil books only and have a pouch for printed inserts

6x6 Mail Sleeves

• 6" x6" size fits paper, tyvek sleeves or clam shell cases
• Can be sealed shut

Corrugated Jewel Case Mailers

• Sturdy and excellent for mailing, but adds some cost due to additional weight
• Holds standard jewel case
• Made from 30% post consumer waste materials
• Omnipress can package jewel cases into mailer for you

Poly Bubble Mailers

• Holds jewel cases, clam shell cases and USB
• Water resistant and tear proof
• 3/16" bubbles protect insides from damage
• Lowest-cost postage for mailing jewel cases

USB Lanyards & Other Straps

• Keep your USBs from getting lost by adding this standard, black, tubular lanyard.
• Other wrist straps, key chains or lanyards with your logo and artwork are available as a custom order.

• Plastic package is perfect for distributing conference USBs
• 4" x 5.5" package holds a USB and a printed insert (perfect for advertising, pocket or badge agendas or other information)
