Take Notes on Your USB

You've seen attendees scribbling notes in the margins of their session handouts – now imagine them typing those notes directly into an electronic version of the handouts that is stored on the conference USB!

Our USBs come equipped with the ability to take notes of the educational content on the USB. It’s a feature that your attendees will love, and it's a standard part of the USB configuration that we will create for you at Omnipress.

• Notes are uniquely associated with the PDF or HTML version of the corresponding paper, presentation or abstract on the drive
• Notes can be created, saved and re-edited as often as needed
• Users can print out their notes
• Notes are fully searchable

* Note taking is a feature that only works with USBs. It is not available on our online and CD products.

Partitioned USBs

Need to "lock down" files to your usb while still providing a place for attendees to use for file storage? We can place all your educational content with a fully designed interface on a secure area of the drive.

• Partitions can be any size
• Files on secure partition cannot be deleted
• Non-secure area allows user to store (read/write) files

*Partitioned USBs cannot come equipped with the note taking feature.

The Swivel Drive (our low-cost house drive)

• Attractive metal casing swivels so there's no cap to lose
• Our 1GB "house" drive is our most popular and affordable drive (larger storage sizes available)
• Print on both sides of the metal casing in up to 4 PMS colors

• Comes in an attractive pearl white
• Add up to 4 PMS colors on one or both sides to customize

The Slider Drive

• The drive case slides to open and close
