Tracy Gundert is a master juggler – not of balls, but children. As an executive at Omnipress and mother of three girls (a six year old and twin four year olds), she has really figured it out how to manage life and work.
Tracy leads strategic planning of Omnipress operations which includes equipment purchases, staffing and process improvements, She works closely with Team Leaders from the print and digital sides of the business guiding them and providing the resources to implement process improvement strategies. She most enjoys empowering team members to take ownership of projects and operational improvements and seeing their pride in the results. She has been contributing to Omnipress since 1991.
Outside of work Tracy stays active by working out, and participating in other various outdoor activities including biking and the occasional round of golf. This in itself is an accomplishment with work and family consuming most of her time. She is involved with many of her children’s activities and she and her husband enjoy spending time with friends. She has a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from the University of Wisconsin – Stout.
